Did not stay here but walked here from my hotel to grab a salad from the bistro - what a disappointment. My Asian Chicken salad did not have any chicken and the lettuce was brown. I could not eat it, the young server's response when I told her was, yes he probably forgot to give you chicken, sorry!! My very last time ever entering this location again.
Don't care about customers. You will be treated as a second class citizen. You will get poor sleep on a bed that the springs stick out. Have a terrible breakfast. Then don't ask for late check out. It doesn't exist, no matter what you offer. Also, remember, the carts to get your luggage out are on a "first come first serve basis." I highly recommend another venue...
