Stop working-out?! I’ve got to be crazy, right?
Well, if you decide what your workout will be when you get to the gym or if your workouts consist of the WOD or the lastest HIIT program then, not only am I right, but this might be the best advice I can give you.
Stop working-out!
Workouts have no plan, no purpose besides getting you to sweat and no long-term results.
Instead, start training!
Training is the exact opposite of a typical “workout”, it’s planned-out, there’s a purpose to each training session, a reason for each exercise and in the long-term your progress will blow anything else you’ve done out of the water.
Professional athletes and fitness competitors don’t workout – they train! They need to ensure results, so they plan it out or someone does it for them.
