This company totally unprofessional. They do not the the real market value of the property,rent. I have an property in front of guelph unversity. It has legal 1135 sft basement unit. Today 29 august 2018 he evaluate market rent is $900. Again he evaluate market rent for 1997 sft house for $1600. In guelph you cannot rent any good unit less than $1400. how he figure out market rant is $900. His evaluation effect on mortgage qualifying process. I would not recommend anyone to take his service.

Very disappointed...

Very disappointed with their appraisal. They came back $160,000 less than our other appraisal and $180,000 less than what we ended up selling our house for. They were also very expensive and didn't complete the whole appraisal to what they originally said they would. I tried to discuss with Stu and have him complete the appraisal or revisit his results based on the large discrepancy between the two companies, but he would not. Do not recommend.
