    Was greeted by a friendly person who wanted our dog’s records and asked how we wanted her groomed. We had a good discussion after that with the groomer. The dog was to have the longest length on the chart with a beard let. SHE WAS COMPLETLY SHAVED. HOW DARE YOU do that to our baby and us! We still have to look at her everyday and she is not happy and freezing

    CONCERNED MY DOG HATES GOING IN THERE. SERVICES ARE NOT BEING DONE,YET CHARGED FOR THEM,i HAVE ADDRESSED HEAD OFFICE, THE GROOMER IS NOT MEETING MY DOGS NEEDS. I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH THIS LOCATION.
