If I could give zero stars I would. Slum Lords is a nice way to put this company. I am a renter in one of their units currently. Things that need to be fixed are at the bottom of their list. Any other issues, lights, plumbing extra, it's an older unit and falling apart. If I tell them they act like I am inventing the problem. My manager Pam in kitchener is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. She acts like everyone is beneath her. Do not rent from this company! Nothing but stress!
