If I could give less than a zero I would. Horrendous! Ordered a beautiful set. When it came there were screws sticking out the sides, legs were the wrong colour and size and cushions were faded. They gave me storeroom cushions as replacements. They refused to give me a refund and it's been 3 months with no resolutions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I would highly recommend Distinctly Patio for all your patio furniture needs. The staff are kind and considerate and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the furniture and products they sell. I have been very happy with everything we have purchased and the quality is excellent.

When purchasing from this company everything is great. Customer service after they have received payment in nonexistent. I tried many times to get a response regarding a defective item. Kim will not respond to emails or phone calls. I would not buy from this company for that reason.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection at reasonable prices. Loved out new patio set last year and hope to get a dining set soon, we will definitely return!
I will not recommend this company they are disorganized and unprofessional. They have come to my house on 5 different occasions only to bring the wrong products. My set has remained covered under a backyard pavilion but due to the fact that the covers were not delivered it got exposed to the elements. It’s a four months and my set looks like it’s two years old. When I complained they told me it was my fault from misuse. They will not stand by their product.
I have purchased from Distinctly Patio every year for the last 4 years. A dining set, a full conversation set, a fire table and this year a beautiful offset umbrella. They have never let me down!

Love this place. We bought some pieces a couple years back and they are still in amazing condition. When we went back for a patio set we got amazing, personal customer service and the prices and quality are fanastic. You cannot get this online shopping or at a big box store. Love that it is also locally family owned.
