My experience with my doctor was good however I see what others are talking about regarding the office staff. I dont know why they even have a phone. I found by emailing them, they seem to be more responsive. Dr. Qi, Wang is a great doctor, cant speak for the others.

this place is ridiculous. You can never reach anybody - I needed an appointment so I called THREE times and never got through. No one ever returned my call, so I emailed. Again NO response. I finally had to walk in and book an appointment in person. You SHOULD not have to do this. My mother also goes here and can never seem to reach anyone either. VERY FRUSTRATING

Very rude reception staff, not a welcoming environment . Unorganized.

Ever since they moved from forest glen plaza and the original doctors retired this place has gone to garbage. You can wait inline for 15mins without being acknowledged while they talk about their schedules.They dont clean the rooms after patience either. Took my toddles for his check up and the paper on the table was a mess this time I left it till they came in. There was empty packages from pap tests on the floor and windowsill and the worst there was blood on the table.Wish I could give 0stars

Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager is terrible, after a visit he called me to and began yelling at me for a conversation I over heard.

This is where my Dr Qi Wang is and he is the best Dr there is I really like him wish I had him years ago.
