Best Buy

Actually this comment applies to all BB's stores. It seems that it is now impossible to phone any specific BB store location. There is only an 866 number apparently.

I came into Ottawa from out of town I’m trying to connect with Best Buy to ask if they have a certain item available so I can go and pick it up you can’t get anywhere with your stupid phone system it’s useless and I guess I’ll go somewhere else they don’t want my business very poor customer service

They cancelled my order without notifying me..... tried calling store, but no one answers (during covid, curbside pickup only) I had to contact the online chat who told me it was cancelled, they they tried to tell me I must have something wrong....hmmm, I received the order confirmation via email. Communication is a wonderful tool to use with your clientile ....Shame on you Best Buy Kanata

Extremely poor service after a new laptop was purchased and wouldn’t turn on after 2 weeks.

I had lost my dell laptop charger and was looking for a replacement. I know a little about computer so I brought my laptop in. When entering the store the lady asked if I could be helped. I told her I was looking for a replacement charger and she told me where to go and said she’d send someone to help. I have called over 4X and at different extensions to try and get help and no one will answer when they are suppose to be open? Terrible. I also know of someone else who requested help with their new tv, and the rep was incorrect and very impatient. I don't think I want to deal with this store. I'd rather drive to Merivale Road!
