The company was founded in 1979 by Maurice & Donna Pickard of Meaford, Ontario. The company continues to be solely owned and operated by its founders. Since its inception Pickard Construction has grown from two employees in one location to over 150 employees at eight permanent Ontario locations. The head office, major shop facility and main yard are located in Owen Sound, Ontario. Regional offices & yards are situated in Huntsville, Sudbury, Sault Ste.
