Terrible staff ever! The old ladies working in the morning shift are not only rude but sarcastic as well; not very helpful in regards to modifying orders.
They even let their customers wait for more than they should. Too many of them are just chatting with each other despite the growing line up in the counter, where they left unattended.
The worst Tim Hortons ever. I have the misfortune of passing this tims on my way to work. 10/10 they get your order wrong. Some of the rudest ladies work the morning shift as well. I now leave earlier to avoid this Tims at all costs.
