I attended the Hamilton Mountain location located at 1441 Upper James St. on two occasions the first on was on Sunday February 21st, 2021 at approximately 3:30pm. When I arrived I was greeted by someone working the door and asked my Covid screening questions and allowed inside. A sales associate then greeted me and asked what I was looking for and I advised a couch (I am looking for other furnitures as well), we began to talk about what I was looking for in a couch. Long story short we received damaged and cheap quality furniture we wanted to return for even just credit for different set. We emailed many times and spoke to several people and kept getting the run around to be finally told sorry can’t help you. Terrible customer service.
