Holy Smokes! I first phoned to see it they might have the product I was looking for - and they responded yes. When I indicated that I knew the specifications of the lamp and asked if they had catalogues one of the 2 men working there dismissed me and said to go home and look on line. The other man told me to buy a certain wavelength of light as I used that elsewhere in my house. He said people (directed to me) do not know what they want. Never again - totally RUDE!!!!!
Stay away from this business. The owner Tom and his side kick Nico are very aggressive and threatening toward customers. If you ever have the misfortune of trying to troubleshoot your order, you will find out what I'm talking about. It is not uncommon to wait 3 months for your order and the prices are absurd.
I was interested in some exterior lights for my home as I think these are a great way to make an good first impression...found a set at Home but the one for above the garage door was too big to fit. Dammit! Manager Tom said no problem. He would get another similar styled bracket to attach it to the wall just a bit lower. And he would paint it exactly the colour to match. And guess what. HE DID. They look magnificent. This store offers great value and superb service. I highly recommend it
Tom was so helpful and patient as I was overwhelmed by all the choices. The store was busy but I never felt rushed. He kept looking for options for us looking at the photo I had brought to try to find a fit. Well done.
best lighting store in Hamilton.Tony, the owner is all about customer service and was so helpful to me looking for a new fixture for my dining room. They have a fabulous selection and costs are very reasonable. I took in a beautifulStiffel lamp for repair and they fixed it immediately and did not charge me.I couldn't believe it. Best place to find that unique fixture and staff that will go the extra mile to make you happy without breaking the bank.
Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. We've done extensive renovations and purchased many lighting products - love the all the fixtures, as well as the customer service and support that came with the products. Just picked-up a custom lampshade, again...couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend purchasing your lighting products from this store location.
Purchased all our light fixtures for our new house. A couple of small hickups but their customer service was amazing. I would recommend this company with confidence
I love Tom, he makes buying lights fun! Bar none the most honest, genuine and hard-working lighting expert that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. His cornucopia of lighting knowledge never ceases to expand my dimly lit horizons. He never fails to light up my day!

2 reasons why this place is still in business, the owner(Tom) has no real competition in the Hamilton area, and he somehow has great employees who make up for his lack of human decency!
He treats the customers horribly, and you can tell by the looks on his employees' embarrassed faces that they do NOT enjoy being there!
I can't believe this store is connected to the other locations! They need to cut him loose! Not enough characters on here to do a full review!
I ordered a light and bought a mirror from this location. When i got the mirror home, we decided we didnt like it and returned it. They gave me a full refund and the owner; while extremely busy with many customers, still tried his best to help me find one in the online cataloge i did like! He was amazing! Our order for the light came in within a few days! I had pucked up the light and brought it home however when i opened the box we didn't like how the product was made by the manufacturer. I immediately called the store and the wonderful owner said no problem, bring it back! So i brought it back and ordered a different light, it came in within the week! I picked it up and the wonderful employees helped me carry it to my car! I could have myself, it was light however they kindly offered! We didn't opened the box for a few days until we were ready to install. There was a box of crystals missing so of course, now i feel like a pain in their butt, call them back days later. The owner was awesome! No questions asked just needed to know which crystals missing and told me to come on in and he would give them to me! Wow, the service was amazing and they also gave me some advice! I would recommend this location to everyone! Happy customers!
Beautiful pieces, but once you pay (no refund policy) they treat you like garbage. It took 6 weeks to get a piece in when I was told at purchase it would be "a week or so." No phone call when piece actually arrived in, I called to see if it was there and got yelled at and hung up on when I asked why I had not gotten a phone call (associate or sales guy initials BT). When home I opened all boxes, instructions missing, I called and was told "it's not that hard" and "if you're using a REAL electrician, he can figure it out"...Completely horrible experience, never been talked to so rudely, hope this is the only location with bad apples.
