Do not eat the Pepper steak

Pepper steak I had,
So, Nasty
I only eaten it, because I was very hungry.
I had to put gravy on my food to make it tastier.
The only way I would eat that again, if I wanted to have the run's.
And one more thing, chef eating over peoples food as they cooking it. That really turn me off from Eating there.
Yet, waiter service, was great
I attend this restaurant regularly mon-fri for the 3.99 breakfast deal and occasionally we go there for the chicken tenders platter for dinner. I love the service but only when Andrea serves myself and my wife, before that we had gone through waitress after waitress getting crapy service and leaving the girls without a tip as they would never come and check on us until it was time to pay, but when we learned we could request the waitress we wanted everything got soooo much better. This girl is on fire! she has a bubbly attitude and knows what you want when you want it. Shes the best waitress any restaurant could ask for and I wish we could clone her for other restaurants. The food is great and we love the french toast!! and OMG the honey dijon mustard is crazy and out of this world!!! order that with the chicken tenders and I swear you will be one happy customer! We will be eating at this restaurant for a long time to come. GOING TODAY!!!
Food and service was very good:) BUT, the place was FILTHY!!!!!!!! floors were dirty and had to use the washroom, no other word to decribe it.....DISGUSTING, had a nice new vanity in there, but was over shadowed by all the dirt.......this was at 9a. m. in the morning, so it wasn't like they were in the middl of a very busy day...........too bad about the DIRT, other then that food was good, but would I really want to see the kitchen??????????????
Looks like a 50s style diner. Quick seating, even when busy. Only been there during breakfast, but everytime I have gone, the food was very good.
I LOVE the french toast there and I get it everytime I go. Pretty decent restaurant; its good to go and get your grease fix from them :)
The service was fine and the food was fair. My issue is with the absolute disrespect for cleanliness in the entire restaurant.
There was not even one area that wasn’t disgusting. My bench seat was dirty, greasy and covered in HAIR! Gum under the table. The floors in the diner are filthy and damaged. The bathroom was gross, to be understated. The toilets, floor, counter and walls have not seen a proper clean in quite some time.
My fear is that if your public areas are this awful, how is the “behind the scenes” food prep area? Probably leaves a lot to be desired.
I would suggest that the employees and management spend some down time with a good disinfectant and some elbow grease. It would take a long while and a lot of work to make your restaurant clean, but it is BADLY needed.
Please have more respect for your customers than to ask them to dine with you in such a vulgar environment.
