The Preeners

This cleaners completely destroyed my $1,500 Moncler down coat. It took them 7 months of no updates and no call returns. The father of the owner who was extremely apologetic promised to replace it at the Moncler warehouse when the winter stock was returned. However the owner refused and without any apologies returned my unwearable coat and $100 for my trouble. The worst example of poor customer service ever. Avoid at all costs with anything of value !
