the worst experience i have ever had in my life across all industries. unprofessional and uneducated in their business. My hair was falling out the same day it was done and the owners took zero responsibility. ive been refused a promised refund because i was upset about how they expected me to pay them tax still because they simply do not know how to refund their services with the government. do not trust anyone in that store as the owners do not care what quality stylist they rent their chairs

I have been going to this store since 2006. They have excellent customer service and very valuable information for my hair care. Im surprised the this particular customer gave a 1 star. I was there when this client call to return extentions the she had colored and worn asking if they could re sell it. Would you wear worn extensions? I know i wont. All i know is I love this place. Your request was absurd!

Pleasant staff but a rip off. If you're looking for honest professional advice and competitive prices then this is not the place for you. I was over charged for low quality hair and given terrible advice.

I have been getting my hair done here for almost 3 years, I have seen growth results and it's always done in a timely fashion and always exceeds my exprctations!
