Ann Nails Spa

Very poor. They never care about your time. I booked appointment but when I reached there then they said they don’t have time so come next day. So what’s the meaning of appointment?

I was looking for a new place, since the last one I was going to , felt like my legs were their punching or slapping bags, nothing calming about the visit at all. They were very rough and no kindness at all towards their customers.. I tried Ann's last month for a Pedi and I loved them, very polite and gentle. They actually listened to what I wanted done. Going back very soon..

AVOID!!!!! I recently visited this location for mani, pedi & eye brows. The lady cut my toe during the pedicure she was doing with now that I think about it probably an unsterile clipper. The lady doing my eye brows ripped off my skin and burnt me. I have been getting mani pedis & eyebrows for years and never have I had such a horrible experience. I've spent $70+ on prescriptions since trying to combat the infection on my toe. If you care at all about your health avoid.

Love everyone here! They accommodate even when they are busy and they still get their job done with the best end result . Especially love that they open early and even though you might wait 5 minutes, they make you feel at home
