Great experience all around at Gyro Mazda! My partner and I have had a Mazda for a few years and have used their service department for the past year. The Service team goes above and beyond for us and takes time to answer questions with much detail. We also recently purchased a new Mazda and the experience was exceptional! The sales rep took got to know our needs and never pressured us to buy. When we picked up the vehicle we got an extensive tutorial on all the details of our car. It was great!
Beware of their service dept, unnecessary work being done. Service adviser = licence to print money. They told me my brakes were down to 10 %, took the car to CT up the street found the brakes at over 50%. Nice try boys;-P
Sloppy and rushed service put you in harm's way... I posted a negative comment after appalling service within the last week, and strangely there was a flurry of almost 30 positive ratings at a rate unprecedented in their comment history. Read into that what you will. Also, it's worth noting the number of comments on Google about Gyro Mazda screwing-up oil changes. This is a simple procedure. If they can't get this right, it doesn't bode well for more complex repairs.
