Unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. Mentioned we didn’t have heat (in the middle of winter), said they would “look into” with zero urgency or help. Never got back to me about services leaving me hanging after saying they could come check it out. If they don’t care if customers have heat I can only imagine how their services are. I do not recommend this company at all, poor communication and zero efforts to take care of customers. Don’t waste your money.
Derek and his team were fantastic to deal with from the time I contacted them about my furnace issues, until the end of the install day. Derek took the time to explain the issues, and what options I had.
