Would not recommend. Had a new roof put on by this company a few years back. It has been leaking since day one. Numerous attempts to have them recify the problem and to this day, they have not. Havent shown up once to assess the leaks. They obviously do not honour their warranty. We now have to pay again and have our roof repaired as well as damage inside the home.
I had the same experience with the owner of not calling back, after we spoke. I sent an email request to their website first, waited 3 days, called and spoke with owner/operator as he identified himself, said he was driving and to send him an email, I did and have not heard back from him. Really why are you in business? At least say you are too busy! Would not recommend.
Not that it will make a difference but just a few comments!
Called for an estimate on a Friday. Was told yes appreciate the call and will call Monday to arrange for an estimate that week. No call by Thursday so I called the business. The owner, I assume had excuses about being somewhere else! When confronted about not calling back and if he was interested he said maybe get someone else and hung up!

I apologise for your experience. I assure you this is not how this company is run. With that being said, we do get a lot of requests for quotes and we do try to get to them in a timely manner but we also require a small amount of patience from the customer. I apologizes for your experience once again and if we can help you in the future, please do not hesitate to call.
