Debbie is a great service technician/ advisor. She is very efficient and helpful. My only complaint is with the performance of the car itself, 2014 Focus, needs another clutch and Ford stills doesn't have the supply to meet the demand.
Awesome service department from start to finish . Valerie the appointment booking agent is very helpful and friendly and the Service staff were helpful as well . I dealt with Bailey at service desk who was extremely courteous and knowledgable. Highly recommend !!!!!!
