Horrible customer service experience. Will never go back

Horrible service.She is the expert and did not calculate the correct yardage when she looked at my pattern.I went home and realized I would be short.I returned for the last ball of yarn.She knew this,and never once said that her return policy was credit only.She had multiple opportunities to advise me of this.She wanted the cash sale and I just wasted $60 because there is not enough yarn, none left, cannot be reordered and no replacement She is the reason I end up at the big box stores.

There are many classes to take during the day, evening and weekend whether you want to learn knitting or crochet, how to make your first scarf or learn intarsia. Family owned and operated Johanne and her husband are very friendly!
