Perhaps I could have shaved a few bucks off at ovebof their competitors for some/all the 6 major purchases I've made there in the past 3 years. However, for me not everything is about the biggest discount. If I had actually wanted "the lowest price" and no service...I might have gone somewhere else. And besides, I like buying from local, local retailers.
