This is the worse online store I have ever dealt with. They asked me to wait for my mattress several times and assured me of a delivery date, only to find out that they do not have it in stock and still had to order it. Then they delivered the wrong size of mattress. They NEVER care for their customers after receiving the payment for their products. I did all the follow up with them. I just requested for a refund before they send me the replacement mattress but they refused.
I would give a minus rating if I could.
I regret ordering a sectional couch from this company online. Next week it will be 2 months we have been waiting. My wife and I had no issues waiting, it's what came up during the delivery process that showed the character of this company and the management.
Throughout the waiting process there were no phone calls l, not even to let us know it had arrived to set up a delivery date. I called June 10th and had booked delivery for June 12th.

I had the worse experience in customer service with Farnando at the heartland location, he sold me a sofa. After making a deposit of $1000 out of $1525 he told me that the sofa will be ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks had passed and I have not heard from him or anyone from Furniture Depot. I called Farnando, he said he doesn't know of any updates and to call head office!
