Our furnace broke down this winter, and I called a few places. Brendon was the first to respond and was at our house within an hour. He tried to repair the furnace, but the motor had seized. He proposed different alternatives and we ended up replacing the furnace. There was no pressure and he provided the pros and cons of each of the furnaces.
