Port's Heating Service

A new furnace was installed by them which has failed 2 inspections one by the T.S.S.A and the other by the porpane supplier. We can't get propane delivered until it is fixed and Ports heating keeps saying they will look into it and get back to me which they never do Now they don't answer my calls or return calls after leaving voicemail. I would not recommend them

Good service but poor communication skills

Good initial work but poor at calling back for subsequent appointments for follow up service.
