I had three unrelated plumbing problems within a week. The first time, Brandon arrived to do the work. He was polite, professional and had the problem fixed within an hour. The second time, Joe responded and this was on a Saturday. I was so pleased and relieved with how quickly he showed up. He, too, was polite, professional and had both problems cleared up in no time. Had issues with a backup, placed an emergency call and Cole came out. Made a suggestion to get septic pumped, said if that did Not solve the issue to call and he would come back. Upon return the next day Cole did everything possible to get us up and functional. I would recommend Black Forest Plumbing hands down and make sure you ask for Cole. Thanks again Cole.

Was impressed at how prompt I got a response to my inquiry and then Cole the plumber showed up the next morning to diagnose and fix the problem with my ejector pump for the basement bathroom. Unfortunately for me, the pump had died and needed to be replaced. Cole was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach and explained the workings and what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his work from start to finish.
