At All Round Health & Fitness we run a class for everyone. Our Judo program is for kids & adults, male or female. An excellent source of fitness, strength, cardio and flex ability. Self-Defence at its best used and taught to the police & military. Great for families or couples. Tai-chi is a relaxing gentle form of exercise that helps with balance, flexibility, memory and helps those with illness's like Parkinsons, M.S., Crohns, and helps those recover from surgery like knees, hips, heart etc. Hurricane exercise class is a mixture of many different types of workouts from Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Weights, Bands, Power Yoga and so much more. The class changes up everyday, something new for everyone, and yes the class is great for beginners to the pro exerciser. Personal training is geared to what it is you are after.
