    Horrible customer service. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. When I got to Vogue Optical in Churchill Square I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. When I decided Id had enough and proceeded to leave the receptionist offered to shred my file and didnt give me an explanation on why I had to wait so long. This is a very poor way to run a business and I would not recommend Vogue Optical in Churchill Square to anyone.
