My wife and I approached A1 early in May to request a quote for eavestroughing and roof repair. 2-3 weeks later, all we got was a quote for eavestroughing. I have been asking since then for a quote for the roof repair ever since, which is far more urgent than the eavestroughing. I have spoken to a lady there about 3-4 times, and it feels like my requests are going into a black hole.
This morning I called their number, and I got the message "The customer you have dialed is currently not available, please try your call again later." No voice mail, nothing. Very unprofessional to not allow clients to leave a message.
