Although the Saint John location has good food the charged price in some cases is more than the prices listed on both the printed menu and the online version. For example, the brisket sandwich is $17.99 online and on the newly printed menu insert but you’re charged $19.99 on your bill. Also two of us each had chicken tacos today, one came up at the listed $14.99 but the other came up as $16.99. The only difference was one had Cesar salad but there is no mention of an extra charge for that.

Service is slow on Sundays, appetizers sometimes forgotten till cold and tough, no one around for drink refills. They do better through the week but I’ve had consistently bad service on 3 Sunday visits so I won’t visit on Sundays in the future!

I went there thinking i was going to have what was on the menu- Buttermilk fried chicken what a disappointment!!! It was not buttermilk, it was over cooked fried chicken... it was fair good size from the picture 3 bites and I was done! Very disappointed overall

Not good...ordered a steak MED WELL garden salad with ranch baked potato and a side of gravy...steak came beet red with blood on plate no salad dressing and no gravy...sent steak back, the waitress was very nice and said she was so sorry...steak came back still way to red for even a Med cooked steak...2 people came and asked how it was and were told what happened and said "we will talk to the cook"...really I think they could have done better then that!
