Went in for an oil change and they didn’t attach the skid plate properly. It broke a piece of my fender.There is a hole in my car in result of their poor service and they won’t do anything about it. As an excuse I got that the damage was not visible and that it doesn’t really affect my car. They say that it would cost more for them to change the piece than the advantage I would have with that new piece. As if there mistake causing a hole in a piece of my car is not important at all.
