Great service good selection nice store.

Excellent company. Just bought a washer from them. It was delivered on time, the delivery guys were nice and installed the new washer and took out the old. Sales people were informative and helpful during the buying process.

J'essayais de décider du meilleur réparateur à contacter pour mon réfrigérateur qui coulait. J'ai opté pour Alpha, par hasard et parce qu'ils avaient le plus de commentaires. Finalement, ils sont venus la journée même. Le technicien James était très compétent et sympathique. Il a réglé mon problème en toute efficacité. Il travaille bien et, pour être resté par-dessus son épaule tout au long de l'opération, je peux dire qu'il sait vraiment ce qu'il fait.

Service not available to public in general

FYI - they only service their own clients so if you need repairs on appliances purchased elsewhere, they won't help you although they used too (3 years ago i hired them to fix my washing machine), but not anymore :-(
