In the midst of the countless retail employee encounters i’ve had, varying from mediocre to infinitesimally unhelpful, i have never been helped, no-SERVED- by someone as prestigiously talented and faithfully dedicated to their job as KAYLA from the sports section at this location of Canadian Tire. The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.
Called ahead to confirm that curbside pickup was possible and would keep my at risk family as safe as possible. They would not anwser their phone (we tried for 30+ minutes) and workers would not respond to us. Had to go in to pick up, social distancing was not enforced, no one in a mask! If the service is not available dont lie to people that rely on it. Busy is fine...unacceptable to create an unsafe environment.
While doing some online shopping, I encountered a major problem with my order going to the wrong Canadian Tire location. I contacted the Store directly and I have to say, Betsy and Conrad went out of their way to assist me and get things sorted out! Great Job !!! Thank you for going above and beyond!
The manager was not helpful and quite rude. She should not be in customer service. When you call, they immediately put you on hold without acknowledging you. It’s the WORST Canadian Tire location in BC
Classic example of a Store putting profits before its customer. Brought my 2012 Dealer Maintained VW in for an out of province inspection. Was told my car failed due to a a questionable $900+ break job. Thankfully I declined and took my car back to the dealership. They reinspected my car and it passed no problem. Contacted the store and head office and they "best" they could do is REINSPECT my car for a third time to confirm their technicians error. Total waste of time and money, wont be back.
