    Van wouldn't start, no support or compensation

    The van wouldn't start after the hazard lights were left on for 15 minutes. The company offers no after hours support or roadside assistance. They repeatedly implied that I had left the lights on and were very condescending. They told me that the van was brand new and there was no problem with it. They did not offer any recompense or even an apology for the inconvenience (which was huge- i had to jump start it in the pouring rain and unload the entire van's contents alone because the volunteers that were waiting to help me had to leave). They only have the one cargo van, and it is different from the description on their website (it doesn't have power windows or locks or anything), and the whole back end of the roof is covered in duct tape due to repeated parking in their parking lot with clearance that is too low for their own van. That's right, when you return the van, you have to drive it, metal roof a-grinding and a-scraping, under four or five large concrete beams. Talk about stressful and unprofessional!

    Outstanding Service

    I went to pacific car rentals and rented a car for the weekend to do skiing in whistler. The agent at the rental counter upgraded me for free to a suv. The service was out of this world. I will use this company again. My experience was amazing... Thank you Pacific Car Rentals
