This bookstore is my favorite place to buy educational books or trade books for my daughters. The owners are EXPERTS in books for kinder to grade 12 and so knowledgeable about university admissions in Canada from their tutoring and store experience that I want to let them grow my kids for me. I especially love the award winning books for teens. All the books they have in their store are worthy to buy because they carefully select books to sell. They are selling valuable books not popular books.
I frequented the store several times over a period of a few months. The store owner is knowledgable, helpful and very polite. There are a variety of educational texts for students K-12: textbooks, workbooks, novels, study materials for standardized exams (eg. SAT, TOEFL). My go-to store.
Came in for the first time , and I found the guy to be very rude and watching you as if you were going to steal something . I was going to spend over $200 on books my daughter needed and decided to leave since he was rude .never again!
I'm sorry for your unpleasant experience. First of all, I apologize for it. But, I remember the day and your behavior which seemed a bit strange to me. You leaned over books on a book stand which is attached to the cashier desk and cash machine. It is not a usual place for customers to stand and look at me or make a question. I might be very sensitive and read your behavior wrong. Sorry again.|
