Terrible customer service. It took over a month and a half to get back to me with an estimate to repair my product and then when I decided not to get it repairs due to the outrageous estimate, I was told that they will not be putting my product back together. An employee named, Brian, told me it was their company policy however, the customer is not made aware of this policy. I was told that they will not be informing customers of this policy either. Brian was extremely rude and abrupt.
