If I could do zero stars I would. Honestly by far the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. The managers are so rude and instead of finding a solution to a problem, don’t acknowledge any fault and just brush you off.
Congratulations to the new owners. Your changes to shake things up have ruined a tried and tested system and broken the customer service experience. Today I went to pickup an online order. I waited so long for the person in the back to bring the product to the customer service desk that I resorted to going and picking the item off the shelf and paying for it as a regular transaction. I will now have to cancel the online order. Well Done new owners.
