Not impressed!!! Went there to get info on getting my eyebrows tattooed/touched up, as they are starting to fade, was told by the receptionist that the makeup artist would do a free consult. This ended up costing me $50.00. I was there for all of 5 minutes. They wanted 500.00 to do my brows which is double what I paid at a spa in Langly. No thanks. I still can't beleive they charged me $50. The owner was of no help at all. I hope Karma bites her!
I have had a few treatments done here and really enjoyed one esthetician in particular... I was excited and hopeful that she would be able to do my treatments forever! Unfortunately, like all the other ones I've liked, she left. When I asked about her, the receptionist who I later found out was the owner, told me she had to let her go... Well guess what?? I found my fave estheician elsewhere and she explained to me that she chose to leave because the owner is awful and the business is not being run professionally!! I believe it, there is a revolving door of employees and some seem under qualified as well as rude! I am so happy to have found my esthetician, and that I don't have to return this awful business.
