My daughters school requires order from this company. When we received package last Tuesday (1st day of school), we found missing one scissors. (and other items are not in stock) I called right away. But it has been one week, we didnt receive any response, nor scissors. I tired to call again this morning, the voice mail is full. Do you know how bad it is?
