Absolutely terrible service . They tell you your parcel is on the way or already delivered. A lie. There is no local contact phone number. This seems to be not unusual I have repeatedly complained with neither response or any other feedback.. over all. Appalling !
driver didn't even bother to knock just left a delivery notice was home and waiting I dob t drive so now I have to arrange a way to pick up an item I had delivered guess its going back to store cause im not coming down there
Where do I start? The service at this depot is appalling! I paid for priority service for my documents to arrive in Edmonton by the following day at 9:00 am. I received a call from Purolator stating they had my envelope and named where it was going but they couldn't read the waybill. They actually had the envelope in their hand with the complete address but said they couldn't read their own waybill so it couldn't be delivered. I recommend you use any OTHER delivery service.
Staff are horribly rude and unprofessional.. hate going there to pick up my packages..
We are still waiting for a delivery, first delivery was given to the wrong address. That was December 1, second delivery was scheduled for December 4 product was picked sent for sorting never arrived then rescheduled for next business day that is December 7 at 9:18 this morning was again rescheduled for. Next business day there are only 5 business days in a week if you can’t deliver let me know where I can pick it up. A One star rating is tooooo high.
Promised delivery on Friday..couldn’t even try for Monday.... now maybe Tuesday. Quite possibly the worst courier on the planet. At least make an attempt at professionalism
Stated my address was wrong (it wasn’t) , I tried calling during their office hours and no one picked up.
Unfortunately we sometimes have no choice but to receive shipments from Purolator. Packages never arrive on time, or they are just too lazy to deliver them to my business and instead call me to come and pick the package up at their warehouse, and not even attempt to deliver to my business. Staff are ALWAYS rude, never smiling, never say hello when I greet them. Extremely unprofessional customer service.
