Have not had much luck with this BP. Order arrived cold and missing items. When I called to have it rectified I was asked to pay AGAIN for (a meatball!) That they had failed to add to my order. Was also missing my side dishes.
Such a shame. Old location was most consistent BP I've ever been to. New location is everything wrong with dining out. Long waits, cold food, wrong orders, overpriced, chincey. I guess there is a consistency. Read these reviews. The quicker this place goes under the quicker we can get a new BP
Got a chicken Parmesan the other day. Wasn't terrible, it also wasn't the best I've had. However, the service was fine, my drink was always full, and it was still good food for the price.
Took 2 hours to get our food, they forgot half the side dishes, food was cold when we got it and its way to expensive for such poor quality and service... Only reason i even gave it a star is because its required in order to post a review. Overall im extremely dissatisfied
