We are very happy with the work done to our siding, gutters, and windows. When I saw all of the moss coming off of the roof and all the sludge coming out of the gutters I was horrified! Lee & his team took the time to clean it off of our shrubs, deck, and walkways. The window screens were removed, washed, and replaced. Lee walked around the house with me to check out the finished job. They were professional and friendly. I will use them again and would highly recommend The Wash Gang to others.
A great price for getting whole exterior of the house clean. However, when I hire a professional I expect my windows to be spotless.
Our siding got done well, but there were lots of waterspots on our windows when the job was done.
The supervisor said that it is normal to have waterspots on the windows if the wet siding is still dripping. But he agreed to get his men to come back. After several phonecalls they did actually come back for this, but there are still many spots on our windows.
Thanks for the feedback Martina. We did come back as promised, when the weather allowed. Your house is a new construction, and you had mastic and other building materials on the windows. We removed them, and observed that the only spots remaining were on the inside of the glass, which we were not contracted to clean. Maybe try cleaning the insides.

They did our eavestroughs, windows and siding.
They hire college kids who aren't really sure of what they are doing and then leave them to do the work unsupervised. I think the guy who actually knows what he is doing came by once. The problem is, when the kids put up the scaffolding to do the gutters they put nails right through the shingles and then just pounded them in after use. Our roof was only 4 years old at the time...and now prone to leak. Then they refused to do the gutters on one side because they said they couldn't reach it. They never did do the upper gutters- according to the next guy that did them - because they were too full to have been cleaned 2 years before.
Thanks for the feed back. Yes we at times do hire college kids, and we are proud of that. We do not nail scaffolding to your roof, however we do "install" a roof anchor as per WCB regulations, if we are going to be on a roof over 10 feet high, and then waterproof the anchor. We have been doing this for 13 years and never had one leak, but if it ever did please rest assured that we carry 2 million dollars in liability insurance that would cover any damage. As for not doing a particular piece of gutter......... just give us a call if you think anything has been missed and we will return as per our 12 month warranty that we are proud to offer all our customers.
