This restaurant is in a strip-mall building on Dawson, just off of Willingdon. It's sort of an out-of-the way place but it's really popular for lunch. They do dinner too, but it's usually not too busy since it's located in a non-residential area. They also offer take-out which we've ordered for group lunches at work.
A friend and I went there for dinner recently, and we both ended up ordering the same thing - they have a 3-course special (starter, entree and dessert) for $20. We both had the Tortellini Amore (in a rose sauce). It's good wholesome food and as usual, I left with a doggy bag for lunch the next day. The staff are very pleasant and quick - even when it's super busy at lunch you won't have to wait long for your food.
