- We are an invited guest – we will smile and behave in a polite and courteous manner. We will wear modest and attractive uniforms. We will not be adorned with tattoos, or facial piercings.
- It’s the little things that count – Anyone can do the big things right, we do the little things right. We do not mow around furniture, toys, hoses, and downspouts we move and replace them. We do not mow over garbage we pick it up. A friendly smile and a wave from our staff may not make the grass grow better but it may make your day brighter.
- We are not perfect –despite our best efforts to do everything right mistakes and misunderstandings will occur. We offer you the following commitment - An immediate response, full ownership, and no excuses.
- The value of a dollar – we do not believe in the phrase “you get what you pay for”. When we quote a price we will provide all services to the best of our abilities. more...See more text
How rude!! Spouse was dropping me off while looking for a parking spot. The driver of the Springer Landscaping truck behind us elected to lean on his horn in his impatience.
Perhaps the company needs to review its policies as the conduct of the driver in a labelled vehicle spoke louder than any of the advertising on the truck's exterior. I will never use this company.
I would like to apologize for the behavior of my driver. We encourage all our employees to behave in a courteous and polite manner. I know I cannot change what occurred but I would like to know the color of the truck so I can, if this individual is still with the company , I can speak to him. I would also like to offer you a 4 application fertilizer package at no charge for this season.
