    Absolutely horrible customer service!! Do not return phone calls, did not show up for the appointment that was booked, and did not call to advise, explain or book another date. Why is it so bloody hard to find good customer service in the Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and rural area??

    Hi Claude. We are truly sorry that we were not able to connect on the day we agreed to. I was at your home (#81) at 1.20 pm within the time frame that I said I would be there, but you were not home. I did call and leave a message on your home number, which is the only number I have. I even waited around a while thinking that perhaps you were out for a walk your at your neighbours. I have now left you three messages with no reply. I am one of very few service companies that is happy to provide service in rural areas and will continue to do so. Once again I am sorry that we did not meet and hope that you were able to solve your fridge problem

    Owen was amazing! My dyer had no heat. Owen came out and knew what the problem was in no time. He needed to go and get the part as he didn't have that exact one. Not only did he find the part that day he was also able to get me a stacking kit for my washer and dryer. He was able to come back the next morning to install everything for me. He has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable! Thanks Owen! - Jessica

    Mr. Fulcher came ...

    Mr. Fulcher came to repair my washer. I was impressed that he found the problem, ordered the part and had it up and running again in a very short time frame. He was very professional and witty at the same time. I would recommend this company for my service needs.
