Very professional and knowledgeable service. This will be the 3rd time over the years Vince has fixed problems in my computer, updated my computer, cleaned it up, added a printer for me remotely. Approx 2 months ago, I contacted Vince about getting my older model laptop (used for my small business) serviced; in that it was continuously and randomly restarting on it's own. He was able to schedule and fit in my repairs that same evening. Within 24 hrs, he had my old laptop back up and running with the issues resolved and with a fee that was lower then what the "geek" squad at an electronics store would have charged.
