    I don't like having to pay for a highway, but it is convenient, especially when towing a trailer -- and much safer than the 401. It is the customer service that sets this business apart. Henriette, who I just dealt with was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

    Actually they are good, very good - but the office hours????????????? A normal person has to take a day off work to go and change a transponder that stopped working :(
