My friend and I visit Capo frequently and have always had an amazing experience. The food is fabulous...the service is fabulous....definitely recommend
The food was fantastic and dinning experience was fun. From the moment we entered we were embraced with italian hospitaltity. Although there was a bit of a wait we were taken care of as we sat at the bar and orderd some typicall italian apperativo's (negroni) and enjoyed some "free" stuzzichini (little nibbles). When we finally got our table and the waiter was awesome.... ....
Nice enough atmosphere and I didn't mind the service, mistakes made or not . But the fact that the penne wasn't homemade, that it clearly tasted like something bland and stale and out of the package is a disgrace. A pesto in a cream sauce? I didn't get those flavours at all. A huge heaping dish of it doesn't make up for a lack of coherent flavour and honest, fresh food. A true dissappointment in a place that's intended to be an Italian restaurant! The beef carpaccio was alright: The argula needs to be fresher, and they need to have either less cheese, or thinner slices, or better yet just grate a little of it around the plate.
The atmosphere was exactly like being in a busy restaurant in Florence. It brought back memories from the food to the wine and ambiance. We went for a girlfreinds birthday and had a blast. One of my new favs.
Amazing food, service and ambiance. we were all very pleased with the menu. It offers a wide variety of dishes that are all delightfully italian. a true experience and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
