    As a first-time hot tub owner, there have been many mistakes made with respect to balancing and maintaining proper water chemistry. Thankfully, the very patient staff of Niagara Hot Tubs were always there to offer their expert advice to remedy the situation with easy to follow, step by step instructions. A most excellent company that I would not hesitate to recommend for great value and commitment to their customers.
