Pizzaville

I have ordered pizzas from the Port Severn location plenty of time. I have to say, tonight (Friday Nov 8), it was the best pizza ever!! I wish I would have asked the name of the kind lady that took my order and most likely made the pizza. I asked for thin crust, extra cheese, real bacon, pepperoni, green olives and green pepper. It was perfect!!! Thank you, I had a bad day and you made my night! :-)

This is 'by far' the best pizza in Orillia...'PERIOD! And take it from me, I've tried every pizza joint in this town!

Worst service eve...

Worst service ever! We ordered from the highway so that our pizza would be ready upon arrival. When we arrived the pizza was not ready and the staff was very rude. They insisted that I told them 7:30 pick up when i clearly stated twice to two different people 7:00 for pick up. I understand mistakes happen. After the staff had made it clear that I was wrong and possibly crazy I suggested just making a pizza out of the dried up nasty slices available, this is apparently not allowed. I then requested them to make it now and put it in Asap but the answer was that was not possible the wait will be 30 minutes. While deciding what to do for dinner I watched 5 other customers leave not able to get something right. I ate at Pita pit which had amazing service and fresh food. Pizzaville you're not going to last long with that attitude!
